New Patient Injectable Visits

If you've never had an injectable treatment before, tell us that when you call -- it changes which providers we route you to.

A first visit is different from a follow-up, and it should be treated that way. Providers who are good with new patients tend to spend more time on questions before anyone picks up a needle -- what you're curious about, what you're not sure about, and whether now is even the right time. If a provider tries to skip straight past that and get you into a chair on the same call, that's worth noticing, not necessarily booking.

We ask new callers a few basic questions -- what you're interested in, where you'd like to be seen, and whether you've had any injectable treatment before anywhere -- and use that to pick a provider who fits. We don't ask about health conditions or medications; save those details for the provider, who is the one who needs them.
