If you've already been treated somewhere and need a follow-up, we can route you back to your original provider or to someone new if that's what you'd rather do.
Follow-up visits come up for a lot of reasons -- a scheduled check-in, a question about how things are going, or wanting an adjustment. Whatever the reason, the right first step is a conversation with a provider, ideally the one who treated you, since they already know your history. We'll ask if that's who you want to go back to before we route you anywhere else.
Some callers would rather see someone new for a follow-up, and that's fine too -- we'll ask what changed and match you accordingly. Either way, we're not the ones evaluating how a treatment went; that's a clinical judgment for the provider seeing you in person.
Or tell us what you're looking for and we'll route you to a provider.
